About the Role

Wesbell is accepting resumes for Foundation Foremen to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing and performing all tasks required to fully construct concrete foundations and create access roads and perimeter fencing for cellular tower sites.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Layout: use blueprints and surveys to determine where to place the foundation
Excavation; operating excavators, packers, and bulldozers
Tie rebar
Pour concrete
Compact backfill
Concrete finishing
Rock drilling, lay out holes, install rebar and grout
Pretension rock bolts and grout
Install fencing, both permanent and temporary
Install entry gates
Create access roads; remove topsoil and add gravel
Ensure proper inspections for personal safety for self and crew
Any other duties that may be assigned
