This role acts as the technical bridge between core product engineering and real-world customer environments, ensuring successful adoption, integration, and scalability of solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong engineering foundation, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You will engage deeply with customer workflows, build custom integrations, deploy pilots and demos, resolve mission-critical issues, and translate real-world challenges into actionable engineering requirements.
