About the Role

This is a forward-deployed engineering role where you embed directly with founders and the team to identify real business needs and ship AI solutions quickly. You will act as part engineer, solutions architect, and builder‑who‑talks‑to‑humans, with high autonomy and a bias toward shipping useful software over slow perfection.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and orchestrate AI agents that automate work across engineering, operations, and marketing.
• Create personalized, AI‑driven experiences for customers, building systems that understand context and respond helpfully.
• Turn data and signals into actionable systems that improve customer experiences and marketing effectiveness.
• Develop internal tools that give a small team outsized leverage.
