About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters and Precast Workers to join a busy precast manufacturing facility based in Dandenong South.
This is a factory-based role offering consistent hours, strong team culture, and excellent EBA conditions.

- 10-hour days Monday–Friday
- Optional overtime available - most Saturdays available
- Team-based environment
- Early starts – 5am or 6am
- All major tools and equipment supplied
About the role
You’ll be working within a precast concrete manufacturing environment completing:
- Formwork and mould preparation
- Reading and interpreting plans
- Measuring and marking out using chalk lines
- Assembly work from detailed drawings
- Working within production teams to meet deadlines
