Job Title: Forklift Operator I

Pay rate range: $21.00/hour.
Shift: 1st shift, 8am - 4: 30pm, Monday - Friday
Position Summary:
The Material Handler / Forklift Operator plays a key role in ensuring efficient material flow throughout the warehouse and production areas. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, kitting, packing, and delivering materials to support production schedules. This role requires safe forklift operation (Reach Truck certification required), strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and continuously improving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform picking, packing, kitting, staging, and replenishment of materials and components.
