About the Role
The Projects & Roles
- Finishes - 10 Storey Medium Rise Apartment in Finishing Phase – Malvern – Start after the Xmas shutdown in January
- Structures – 2 x Medium Rise Towers – Dandenong – Start after Australia Day
Experience/Qualifications Required
- A stable career grounding on major commercial building projects in Australia
- Expertise and exposure to one or more of these key building elements: structure façade/externals, services and/or finishes – these companies are seeking to develop their staff to work on projects from start to finish.
- Certificate III or IV in OHS, First Aid Certificate
- An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
