About the Role

LOCATION:
Western Canada
JOB PURPOSE:
To work alongside the Site Superintendent to execute different types of commercial projects efficiently and effectively. If you perform exceptionally, you may be tasked with leading small-scale projects to help you grow your skill set as a Site Lead.
DESIRED BACKGROUND:
3-5 years’ Foreman or Lead Hand experience in commercial construction
A carpentry background
Willing to travel out of town is an asset
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
To be a leader in every aspect on site
To work collaboratively with all personnel on site
To bring the on-tools mentality to each day
To be able to learn and utilize on site technology
To be able read and interpret blueprints and contract requirements
