Foreman - $300M Apartment project

Busy Tier 2 Builder are looking for an experienced Foreman or General Foreman for a $300 mil project.

As the Foreman, you will work closely with the Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project timelines. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating subcontractors, and communicating effectively with the project team.

About the role:

• Management of all structural elements including coordination of secondary subcontractors
• Scheduling weekly work programmes
• Providing clear leadership and direction to the site team
• Attending and contributing to weekly site management meetings.
• Ensuring the safety of all personnel on site, including holding regular toolbox meetings and a solid understanding of OH&S processes.
