Job Summary
The Foreclosure Assistant is responsible for administrative support relating to gathering of documents for ROPA Booking, preparation and filing of WOP petitions, maintenance and updating of ROPA-NAFS Database, and providing assistance to the foreclosure processing team.
Key Responsibilities
Gathers or collates documents necessary for ROPA booking of accounts
Processes publication billings through the Purchasing System
Assists the Legal Team in the processing of requests for payment of litigation expenses through the Purchasing System (PS), in reimbursement of litigation expenses and out-of-pocket expenses of in-house legal officers
