Strategic Financial Stewardship:
Act as the primary architect for Shopee PH's spending plans, ensuring that every dollar allocated aligns with long-term growth and profitability targets
Business Unit Orchestration
Coordinate and challenge targets across all Shopee PH business units (Marketing, Logistics, BD). You are the glue that ensures cross-functional alignment
Controllership & Optimization
Oversee the financial health of a billion-dollar budget. You will review the Optimization and Justification workstreams to ensure capital efficiency and high ROI on all spending
High-Stakes Reporting
Directly support the Head of PH FP&A in preparing board-level materials and strategic reviews. You will translate complex data into narratives for C-suite decision-making
Team Leadership
Mentor and manage teams of specialized contributors, fostering a culture of rigorous analytical excellence and proactive problem-solving
