Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails related to food retail orders, promotions, and inquiries.
- Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders.
- Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, and delivery options.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Promote special offers and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and campaign performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet campaign targets and service-level agreements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months BPO experience preferred.
