My team at LRQA Edinburgh are looking for experienced trainers to support our client in Spain. This role involves delivering face‑to‑face training in stores, ensuring that operational teams consistently meet global brand standards. Training sessions will blend technical procedures with essential soft skills, helping teams improve customer experience, operational quality, and overall performance.
 
Trainers will conduct quarterly in‑store sessions, tailored to each location’s needs and supported by insights from mystery shopping, audit and other operational reports. These ‑minute sessions focus on areas such as product preparation, machinery handling, customer service, food safety, compliance, leadership, and conflict resolution.
