About the Role

The Position
Work as the manager on duty overseeing all lounge operations during your shift for a prestigious five-star airline, globally recognized for its luxury and excellence in service.

Take ownership of service delivery standards within the lounge, ensuring all guest experiences align with the high expectations of the premium brand we proudly represent.

Report directly to the Assistant Lounge Manager, assisting with key responsibilities such as staff rostering, team training, and participating in the recruitment and interviewing of potential new team members.

Build and maintain strong relationships with our airline clients, working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations and a consistently high standard of service.
