Food and Beverage Manager - Explora Journeys

JOB PURPOSE

An exciting opportunity exists for a world class F&B Manager to drive the onboard guest F&B experience for our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead the entire onboard F&B Operations, focused on Dining, Beverage, Wine, Provisions, and Public Health;

• Deliver on the brand standards and procedures;

• Hands on leader who will inspire, guide and mentor the onboard team.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)

• A minimum of 3-year experience as a F&B Director or Manager;

• Extensive experience with diverse Luxury/Premium hospitality;

• Extensive experience with Public Health/HACCP in particularly USPH;

• Previous experience in Start Ups/Pre-openings is an advantage;

• Previous experience onboard international cruise ships;
