About the FOH Manager / Assistant Manager Role 
We are seeking a motivated FOH Manager / Assistant Manager to join a thriving Italian-style café. In this leadership role, you will guide the front of house team to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain high presentation standards, and create a welcoming café environment. 
Key Responsibilities
As FOH Manager / Assistant Manager, you will: 

• Lead, train, and motivate the front of house team during busy service periods 
• Manage point of sale operations, cash handling, and daily reconciliations 
• Maintain presentation and service standards in line with brand expectations 
• Support rostering, staff training, and ongoing development with the Department Manager 
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and food handling standards 
• Foster a customer-first culture, solving issues quickly and professionally
