Black & McDonald is seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Management & Operations (FMO) Supervisor to lead and support maintenance operations across military and other managed facilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on supervisor who brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to safety and service excellence. The FMO Supervisor position will be based at the Vernon Military Cadet Camp client site located in Vernon, BC.

A key component of this role includes conducting preventive maintenance inspections on mechanical, electrical, heating, and other equipment, and completing minor plumbing and repairs within their scope of expertise.
