Insight Global is seeking a Frontend Developer skilled in Flutter for one of Canada's largest independent retailers. The successful candidate will work on the store systems team to support the modernization of their in‑house POS system used across hundreds of stores. The role involves hardware integrations (scanners, printers, PIN pads), building offline‑first UIs, and optimizing for performance and stability in long‑running store sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Flutter frontends for mobile and desktop platforms (not mobile‑only).
• Contribute to the modernization of the in‑house POS system used across many stores.
