Overview

Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer – Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The mission of Flight Tests Instrumentation Architecture & Equipment is to provide Flight Test Means to gather data from the test object (on aircraft) for evaluation. The team covers special systems, quick response, diverse technologies (sensors, data acquisition, telemetry) and manufacturing capability. The selected candidate will join a multicultural team responsible for the full life cycle of a Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) installation for development aircraft, from conception to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and define Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) installations onboard Flight Test Aircraft for the Eurofighter program, compiling and analyzing requirements for hardware, software, and digital systems.
