The Flight
Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all the food catering items and
service is handled professionally, fully, and in a timely manner for all
international flights. The individual will fill all the carts with the
appropriate food items, assist in loading the carts onto the trucks and planes,
and provide exceptional customer service to the flight crew and attendants.
Responsible for supervising and checking all food production requirements for international flights
Go on the runway for every flight to meet with cabin crew and review delivered merchandise
Check aircraft trolleys and meals to ensure all are adhering to Newrest high quality standards
 Inspect, label, close and seal trolleys according to all airport safety requirements.
