Backend Administration

• Configure and maintain Flexera One backend components including inventory jobs, normalization rules, and data ingestion pipelines.
• Deploy and manage Flexera agents across on-prem and cloud environments (Windows, Linux, virtualized platforms).
• Integrate Flexera One with external systems such as CMDBs, ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), cloud providers (Azure, GCP), and SaaS applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data collection, agent health, and integration workflows.

Implementation & Project Management

• Lead technical implementation of Flexera One modules (IT Visibility, SaaS Management).
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations and workflows.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
