We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our Truss Department as a Flex Team Member. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to grow their skills across various aspects of truss production. The ideal candidate is curious, asks questions, and thrives in a hands-on environment.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Truss Assembly Support: Assist in building trusses and understanding the full assembly process.
Blueprint Reading: Learn to read and interpret construction and truss design prints accurately.
Table & Universal Setups: Perform setup tasks on various tables and universal stations to support production flow.
Saw Operations: Train on operating saws used in truss manufacturing, including safety and maintenance procedures.
Material Packaging: Learn how to properly package finished truss components and materials for delivery or storage.
