About The Role

It’s a brand-new and exciting time as we build a first-of-its-kind operation to manage fleet vehicles that are off the road following a breakdown or incident. This new service has been designed specifically for a growing operational area, offering a unique opportunity to be part of something from the ground up.

We’re looking for a Team Manager to lead this new function, bringing energy and ideas to shape how it works and how it grows.

In this role, you’ll directly manage a team of 8 VOR Specialists , supporting them as they handle cases from start to finish. Together, you’ll help get vehicles back on the road quickly, safely and in a cost‑effective way, while making sure customers feel informed and supported throughout.

This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role and a great opportunity to take on a new and exciting challenge , working closely with colleagues, repair partners and customers.
