HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Fleet Support Engineer (Vehicle Systems) to serve as the technical lead for the EMU-S vehicle platform. This role focuses on deep root cause analysis of complex vehicle failures across chassis, powertrain, high-voltage systems, and CAN architectures.In this role, you’ll go beyond component replacement to perform system-level and component-level diagnostics, acting as a critical feedback loop between the test fleet and core engineering teams.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong diagnostic expertise across electrical and mechanical systems and a proven ability to solve complex, cross-domain vehicle issues.
