About the Role
Experience Requirements
- 4–7 years in commercial vehicle service/logistics/fleet operations
- Field operations & rollout experience
- Exposure to EV operations preferred
Role Purpose
The Assistant Manager – Business Solutions supports the Solution Development Manager(SDM) in designing, validating, and deploying EV operating models for customers. The role focuses on operational assessment, feasibility validation, pilot execution, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

- Accurate and complete operational data for feasibility & solution design
- Successful and stable pilot launches with minimal operational deviations
- High uptime, vehicle availability and route adherence
- Clear documentation of field learnings
- Improved transporter, driver, and supervisory readiness
