This project involves implementing Organisatie Financial Services as a strategic leasing partner across 20+ markets, finalizing contract terms, ensuring pricing competitiveness, and driving policy harmonization.

  • Implementation: Lead the onboarding in 8 European markets where it is not yet active, ensuring alignment with global contract terms and smooth operational integration.
  • Ongoing Market Support: Monitor performance in markets, ensuring pricing remains competitive, service levels are upheld, and satisfaction remains high.
