Fleet Officer

Role Summary:
The Fleet Manager is responsible for managing the fleet of our company's' vehicles. The incumbent develops plans to ensure trucks check-ups, maintenance and optimal performance.



Main Duties

• Ensure high-standard maintenance of fleet, equipment, machinery tools and workshop (outsourced or internal)

• Provide regular progress updates and report new findings or issues that may impact agreed completion dates

• Coordinate the supply and flow of all consumables, materials, replacement parts and components and ensure that proper requests are made

• Issue reports on time (eg vehicle location report, speeding report, fuel consumption)

• Conduct monthly follow ups on maintenance of all fleet vehicles including but not limited to batteries, tires etc…

• Conduct monthly follow ups on engines efficiency by monitoring fuel consumption
