JOB SUMMARY:

The Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, compliance, and overall efficiency of the company's fleet of vehicles. The role ensures that all company vehicles are roadworthy, properly maintained, legally compliant, and operated in accordance with company policies and government regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and supervise the daily operation of company vehicles (trucks, vans, service vehicles, etc.)
• Develop and implement fleet policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles
• Ensure vehicle compliance with LTO, LTFRB (if applicable), insurance, and other regulatory requirements
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle usage to control costs
• Investigate vehicle accidents, damages, and incidents; prepare reports and recommendations
