Fleet Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop truck deployment plans, schedules, and routes to ensure maximum driver efficiency and productivity.
• Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety policies at all times.
• Ensure all fleet vehicles receive proper maintenance and servicing according to schedule.
• Assist the Fleet Supervisor in coordinating with clients and partner forwarders to support operational needs.
• Motivate and guide the team to foster collaboration and achieve daily productivity goals.
• Oversee, track, and manage driver activities and truck movements.
• Issue and collect fleet cards before and after each trip.
• Handle port monitoring and manage ticket reservations.
• Arrange onboarding, orientation, and required training for new and existing drivers.
