Lead drivers, coordinate schedules, and make a real impact by ensuring safe, compliant, and high-performing transport operations every day.

• Daily operational control of SCT Refrigeration Fleet, including company  Rigid vehicles & sub- contractors.
• Daily scheduling and planning to ensure efficient PUD deliveries to customers.
• Controlling driver rosters.
• Monitoring and supporting activities of drivers to ensure company and customer standards are met.
• Recording daily activities.
• Reconciliation of subcontractor payments.
• Assisting with KPI recording.
• Preparing run sheets, manifests and consignments.
• HACCP Compliance
• Be available as required for weekend work.
• Conducting regular driver toolbox meetings.
