• Base salary range for Compliance Coordinator: $55,000 to $65,000 CAD annually, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain carrier, driver, and asset profiles; ensure accuracy across regions.
• Manage permits (IRP, IFTA, NY HUT, CVOR) and regulatory compliance for Canada and the USA.
• Conduct audits on driver, truck, and trailer files; oversee Hours of Service (HOS) and ELD compliance.
• Review telematics data and dashcam footage; report incidents, trends, and safety concerns.
