Fixed Term Process Operator (Morden)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support to the operations group to maintain an OEE level at or above 85%.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed and OH&S procedures are upheld.
• Work shift patterns that include nights, afternoons, and weekends.
• Operate and maintain all operations equipment, including forklift, blower/filler, labeler, bottle date coders, shrink wrapper, case erectors, case packer, case sealer, case date coders, palletizer, stretch wrapper, injection molding machines and inventory/record keeping.
• Respond to and correct operational issues, performing elementary maintenance and adjustments.
• Carry out daily management system checks such as centre lining, clean‑inspect‑lube and defect handling; identify potential equipment issues and report predictive failures.
