Fixed Assets Analyst

The Fixed Asset Analyst is responsible to create, manage CIP (construction in process) projects since budgeted in system, capitalization of projects, perform periodical physical inventories, assign tag and control assets at the facilities for the different production lines, coordinate fixed assets sales and intercompany transfers, assess the possible disposal or impairment of assets, complying internal policies, trade compliance regulations and any tax law.Information delivery for statutory and SOX audits accomplishing all requirements and knowledge on USGAAP and Statutory ledgersGeneral Responsibilities- Collaborates on the preparation and entering of journal entries- Key participant in balance sheet reconciliations- Follow the company's chart of accounts- Organizes month-end and year-end close process- Research and analyze current financial status- Collaborate on financial action recommendations by analyzing accounting options- Identify errors and collaborate on ways to improve ef...
