About the Role
- Monitoring and claim daily PTW System admin and Subcons
- PPE Monitoring to all admin and Subcon workers
- Inventory of First Aid kit and Medicines
- Assisting SO3 in Daily Toolbox Meeting
- Coordination to the nearest LGU, as per site needed
- Attend/Participate site EHS Walkthrough and prepare attendance, photos and minutes
- Assist SO3 to EHS committee meeting (provide minutes and Attendance)
- Performing site visits to the entire project in a Daily basis, with minutes, photos and attendance.
- Assess Safety Observation Report to involve parties and update their close out issues and concerns, with coordination to the Safety Officer on site and must submit to Safety Manager and Deputy Safety Manager.
- Acts as Assistant Secretary of Safety and Health Organization.
- Assisting/Organize for implementation of Seminars and drills.
- Attending in Regular Health and Safety Meeting at all EHS Subcontractor....
