About the Role
- Provide first aid treatment for minor injuries and illnesses
- Respond to workplace emergencies and accidents
- Assist in transporting injured employees to the nearest medical facility if needed
- Maintain and monitor first aid kits and medical supplies
- Record and report incidents and treatments provided
- Assist in safety drills and emergency preparedness activities
- Coordinate with the company nurse or Safety Officer
- With valid First Aid and BLS (Basic Life Support) training certificate
- Knowledgeable in CPR and emergency response procedures
- Preferably with experience in construction or industrial setting
- Physically fit and able to respond quickly to emergencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
