Firmware Engineer

We are looking for a Firmware Developer with 3–4 years of experience to join their R&D team in a fast-growing startup environment. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge firmware for embedded systems and optical transceivers, contributing directly to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in feasibility studies and draft initial firmware architecture.
• Collaborate with hardware and system engineers using Scrum methodology .
• Design and implement firmware for optical transceivers, including peripheral drivers and communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART).
• Implement host interfaces based on CMIS/MIS standards .
• Develop firmware ahead of hardware availability using emulators or evaluation boards.
• Conduct bring-up and debugging on prototypes using lab instruments (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protoc...
