Fire & Security Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Engineer to work as a member of the Mitie Fire & Security Systems Operations Field service team. You'll ensure effective delivery of PPM, reactive calls, and additional small works, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, testing, inspection, repairs, and installation of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm equipment in accordance with relevant legislative and qualitative standards.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and records in a timely manner.
• Perform fault-finding, service testing, and inspections to relevant standards and codes.
• Actively attend and participate in company-initiated training to stay up-to-date with technical aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience carrying out PPM, reactive calls, and small works in the fire & security systems industry.
