About the Role

Analyze equipment downtime and implement improvements to maximize equipment uptime.
Perform daily troubleshooting and installation/alignment of equipment.
Develop and maintain records of equipment downtime and parts replacement.
Schedule and execute preventive maintenance (PM) routines and work orders.
Manage spare parts inventory and conduct incoming quality control.
Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) planned maintenance activities.
Conduct cross-training for technicians and training for new technician hires.
Develop, initiate, and monitor departmental budgets, forecasts, SOPs, ISO compliance, and TPM-5S systems.
Demonstrate strong experience with equipment lubrication systems and lubrication knowledge.
Possess knowledge of pneumatics, PLCs, PC control systems, LM guides, and motors.
