 We are currently representing a highly regarded developer-builder delivering a landmark $250M+ mixed-use project in Melrose Park, and are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join the team.
 This is a large-scale, high-density residential project requiring a Finishing Foreman who thrives in a fast-paced, programme-driven environment and understands the level of detail required on major projects.
 The Role Oversee and manage all finishing trades across multiple levels/stages
Drive quality control and defect management processes
Coordinate subcontractors to meet tight programme milestones...
