Financial Controller (Growth & Strategy)
Executive Summary:
As we scale from an 80 Cr turnover to a 400 Cr powerhouse in the MSME coaching and training sector, we are seeking a dynamic Financial Controller. This is not a role for a traditional accountant. We need a strategic partner who can oversee a high-volume transaction team, ensure 100% data integrity, and provide the
management with the financial cockpit (data and insights) required to steer this rapid growth.

Location - Bangalore
Academic Qualification - CA, MBA (Finance), or CMA
Language - English, Kannada, Hindi
Desired Experience - 5-7 years in Finance & 3 years in Leadership
