Financial Reporting Officer

Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, this Officer position is key to providing strategic and technical support to country offices on grant budgeting, financial management, and donor financial reporting. The role may be based in any country office within the IPA network, with a preference for central and South American locations. As a key member of the Global Finance team, the Officer will work closely with the Grants team and other global stakeholders to strengthen systems and processes for grant budgeting, invoicing, auditing, and financial forecasting, with an emphasis on automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.

The Officer will lead the donor financial reporting process, including reconciliation of budget versus actual reports, and budget restatements.
