About the Role

Robert Half is partnering with a client in search of an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to lead the preparation and oversight of external and internal financial reporting activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting and finance professional with strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership experience, and a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and related disclosures
Lead the preparation of supporting schedules for external auditors and coordinate audit requests
Research technical accounting issues and prepare related documentation and recommendations
Oversee account reconciliations and reporting controls to support accurate financial results
