About the Role
The incumbent is responsible for Preparation and assisting for financial statements, Liaising with statutory auditors and other process/reporting.
Education and Experience: Semi-qualified CA with 1 to 2 years of experience
Functional Responsibilites:
- Preparation and assisting of Ind AS and IFRS Financial statement & related activities. • Assisting in day-to-day accounting entries
- Liaising with statutory auditors during Quarter-end Limited Reviews and Annual Audit. • Regulatory & Compliance related returns for offshore entities.
- Variance Analysis of income & expenses to track monthly trends.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external audit guidelines • Liaising with internal department for tax, governance, compliance matter etc.
