Job Description

  • Managing multiple priorities, be proactive, client‑focused, detail‑oriented and contribute to an exceptional client experience.
  • Make proactive calls to book appointments on behalf of a Financial Planner.
  • Maximize opportunities to identify and spot client needs, make referrals, expand profitable relationships, and track progress against the team’s annual sales plan.
  • Increase sales enablement for the Financial Planner by preparing for client meetings (Getting Ready) and supporting fulfillment of credit, investments and everyday banking solutions.
  • Provide consistent sales support for client requests, act as a point of contact for client problems, and ensure accuracy of documentation with follow‑up as required.
