Financial Planning Analyst

FerPal is a growing, project-based organization backed by private equity and committed to operational excellence. We are looking for a hands-on Financial Analyst, FP&A to play a key role in financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an analyst who enjoys working close to operations, building financial models, and delivering insights that directly influence business performance.

What You’ll Do

• Drive monthly forecasting for revenue, margins, overhead, EBITDA, and cash flow
• Assist with the annual budgeting process through detailed financial modelling and consolidation
• Analyze monthly financial results and prepare management and board-level reports
