Finance Manager

Great opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a technology services business in a strategic capacity. Based in Lytton and reporting to the CEO, this role is suited to a transformation-minded leader to challenge existing processes, identify key business areas for development, and have a hand in strategic direction. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take the reins of a finance department currently supported by a mix of internal staff and external firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Function Architecture: Review and redesign the finance structure across ANZ; aligning staff functionalities and evaluating external accounting partnerships to ensure cost-efficiency and performance.
• Strategic Reporting: Move the needle from basic bookkeeping to high-level commercial insights, identifying key business levers to help the leadership team achieve strategic objectives.
