Job Description
The Financial Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely entry of multiple Aramark locations financial data. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Job Responsibilities
• Data entry purchase invoices in Aramark finance applications such as GFF and PRIMA
and new inventory items set up
• Set up of new vendors via myVendor portal
• Petty cash reimbursements
• Accounts Receivable collections in GFF
• TJVs and or monthly Journal entries in Global Filed Financials (GFF) i.e., labour transfers etc...
