This is role sits at the heart of housing stability. You’ll support people experiencing financial difficulties to regain control, understand their options, and create realistic pathways forward.
Key Responsibulities
- Provide one-on-one financial counselling to clients, assessing their financial situation and developing strategies for debt management.
- Support clients to manage debt, budgeting challenges and financial hardship.
- Advocate on behalf of clients with creditors, financial institutions, Government departments, and service providers.
