Your newpany are a rapidly growing private equity backed manufacturing SME. With extensive growth plans over the next 3-5 years they require Financial Controller to join their senior leadership team.

Your new role
In your new role as Financial Controller, you will lead a small but efficient finance function whilst working closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept through tomercial production, ensuring all activities meet regulatory and quality standards. You will be responsible for the budget and forecasting for the business. You will oversee the production of the Financial and Management Accounts and be the main point of contact for the auditors.

What you'll need to succeed
