About the Role

Responsibilities:
Preparation of budgets and forecasts
Preparation of monthly reporting
Liaising with services providers on the preparation of statutory financial information (Lux companies)
Organization of the consolidation process, review of the financial statements, redaction of the management report
Leading a team of accountants 
Internal cross-functional liaison and external representative for the business
Oversight of a full investment life-cycle 
Transactions management such as capital, debt payments, distributions, liquidity
Reporting including financial statements, investor reports, forecasts, escalation, financial analysis of investments
Compliance oversight, including external and internal liaison for tax advisors and auditors
Cash management, cash flows streams and preparation of liquidity plan
Oversight of the tax issues
