Financial Controller

An established listed investment holding that is currently going through an exciting evolution, is seeking for a change management finance leader to partake and assist in this transition.

As a Financial Controller , you oversee the Finance team across the full spectrum of accounting and financial function. However you will be tasked the FP&A, Corporate Finance and Treasury, Tax structuring, Compliance and Cashflow Management . Other than, you will be heavily involved in statutory group reporting and compliance, including the preparation and review of Annual Report, and corporate governance documentation.
